Prediction: BU 4, UMass 1

These two teams are currently trending in opposite directions, and I think that trend will continue Friday night against a talented Boston University team. Although Cale Makar may be back in the lineup for the Minutemen, UMass doesn’t quite have the size to compete with the Huskies. A leading point earner for the Huskies, Jordan Greenway stands at 6’5”. It will take the Minutemen a tremendous effort to stop Greenway and Bobo Carpenter who have not been shy to scoring so far this season. Unless the goaltender that head coach Greg Carvel decides to start on Friday has a monstrous game, it could be a long night for the Minutemen as they try to end a four-game skid, while stopping the Huskies’ four-game streak on the other end.
